External dynamic I.P.

Service is available when the current Customer changes hisher place of residence and new address is located in Domonet POP area. Price of the service includes: - retention of the current agreement; - cable layout from Operator's equipment to the Customer's premises; - connection to the switching equipment port of the Operator; - providing Customer with UTP 5e cable up to 20 metres long for independant layout in the premises (extra cable is paid according to the tariff mentioned in pt.3); - registration of the Customer's networking equipment in Operator's network; - configuration of the Internet connectionDomonet by the standard means of the operation system installed on Customer's computer (Windows and Ubuntu). No more than 1 device (computer);

Any kind of professional call for diagnostics and execution of works in Customer's premises (in multistorey buildings) including: checking the internet connection, speed test, equipment check, cable-line repairing, delivering,installation and setup of the equipment (wi-fi router, STB add-in device, etc.). Professional call is also paid in case of preliminary diagnostics was not done by phone with Technical Support Department.

Any kind of professional call for diagnostics and execution of works with fiber-optic line in Customer's premises (starting from the fence or other poling that guards the Customer's territory up to ONU device).

Setup of any kind of the router.

Urgent visit of the professional for customer service out of turn in business hours.

The service includes 2 stages: diagnostics and setup. Professional call for diagnostics - 50 UAH.:1. Local network and Customer's active equipment auditing in Customer's premises. 2. Proposals development in order to change the connection circuit for reliable internet connection. 3. Confirmation of the connection circuit by the Customer. SMART TV app setup - 100 UAH: setup of the Internet access for SMART TV - 100 UAH. In case Customer refuses a setup or setup is impossible - 50 UAH is paid in any case.

Customer's media-player setup (Android OS based only) in order to use video application. The service is one-time and includes: - to download one free application from market - to instal one video codec (if needed) - to register one playlist in application under the agreement with the Customer.

The price is given per 1 RJ 45 jack that Customer has already got. The price includes: deinstallation, cross-patching the modular block, installation.

Network parameters setup for new Customer's devices (PC, laptop).

Price is given per 1 meter of the FTP cable for external works and is paid in the following cases: 1. Recurrent cable layout: only the length of the cable in Customer's premises is paid by the Customer. 2. Primary cable layout: in case Customer refuses cable layout internally ( inside of the building) and orders front wall (external) cable layout. In this case full length of the cable is paid by the Customer, starting from Provider's equipment up to Customer's equipment.

Floor price is given. The price might fluctuate according to the Customer's tariff and 1) Works outside the Customer's territory: - fiber-optic cable layout starting from the Provider's nearest optic clutch (often by utility poles) to the Customer's territory (to the fence or other poling that guards the Customer's territory) - connection of Customer's fiber-optic line to the Provider's central equipment 2) Works on the Customer's territory (starting from the fence or other poling that guards the Customer's territory to the Customer's network equipment: PC or wi-fi router): - provision with 30 metres of fiber-optic cable and its layout till ONU device, including up to 10 metres by underground through the existing way on the Customer's territory (if present) - drilling 1 hole to provide fiber-optic cable to the Customer’s premises – 1 optic patch cord – installation and welding FOB – installation and setup of ONU – Customer’s provision with the cable (UTP 5e) up to 20 meters long for independent layout in premises; - - registration of the Customer's networking equipment in Operator's network; - configuration of the Internet connectionDomonet by the standard means of the operation system installed on Customer's computer (Windows and Ubuntu). No more than 1 device (computer). In case the mentioned cable length is not enough and Customer needs extra length or additional services, the price for connection growth according to the actual price list, for example: - extra fiber-optic cable (layout included) according to pt.18 of this price list – extra UTP 5e cable according to pt.3 of this price list – additional drilling of room walls according to pt.9 of this price list – additional network equipment setup according to pt.5, pt.11, pt.12, pt.14 (depends on the type of the equipment). Before paid services are done, specialist negotiates the price with the Customer and performs the services only after full agreement.

Fiber-optic cable + its layout on the Customer's territory (from the Customer's fence or other poling that guards the Customer's territory to the network equipment: PC or wi-fi router) outboard including cable clips (4 items per 1 meter), and cable layout outboard along room perimeter (behind the furniture etc.)

Location of 1 meter of the cable (duct) by dowels or other useful means (4 items per 1 meter) in Customer's premises. Materials are not included into the price and are provided by the Customer.

Professional call in order to get connected in Brovary city in POP.

Professional call for drilling extra holes in Customer's premises

Price is given per 1 item.

Outlet price is included.

In case of technical feasibility in points of presence (POP). In price is included: - cable layout from Operator's equipment to the Customer's premises; - connection to the port in switching equipment of the Operator; - providing Customer with the cable (UTP 5e) up to 20 metres long for independent layout in premises (additional cable is paid according to the tariff in pt.3); - registration of the Customer's networking equipment in Operator's network; - configuration of the Internet connectionDomonet by the standard means of the operation system installed on Customer's computer (Windows and Ubuntu). No more than 1 device (computer);

Backup cable (UTP 5e, GOF) in Customer's premises.

Cable layout in Customer's premises outboard including cable clips (3 items per 1 meter), and cable layout outboard along room perimeter (behind the furniture etc.)

Installation of RJ 45 jack according to the Customer's request (jack price is not included).
